Crush is an hour long HIGH INTENSE workout. The members who add this workout to their weekly routine will see great results in terms of fat loss, lean muscle sculpting, cardiovascular endurance, and an increase in energy and metabolism!

These sessions are FAST PACED and can be very challenging. Expect to burn anywhere from 800-1500 calories PLUS your after-burn(EPOC)!

Equipment included is primarily dumbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, TRX, and the wonderful use of your own bodyweight! There is no workout like this around, and everything programmed is entirely safe and effective.

It is recommended that members entering crush have a background of resistance training and have a current routine.
